Helping some in bank st woodburn

Hi everyone, I'm sure you have all been following the news and seen the horrific scenes up at the northern rivers nsw.

Unfortunately my brother,sister in law and most of there street in woodburn have lost everything.

I wanted to try raise some money for them to help with anything they will need.

Most people are unable to get back to work for sometime and some no longer have a work place to go back too as this has also gone. Most dont have flood Insurance as this is over $22000 per year. Something people just don't have.

My heartbreaks for them. The stories i have heard are like something out of a horror movie. The community banded together to help one another get out and to the highest ground.

They managed to escape to the woodburn bridge as they watched the water take over everything they owned. At least they are psychically safe for now.

Still unable to get back an assess the damages as the water hasn't gone down. They will have to find new accommodation and basically re build there entire lives. So devastating.

My brother doesn't know I'm doing this but I need to help in some way. Any bit will help as the clean up is massive and replacing items will be extremely hard. They only managed to leave with there dogs, themselves and a change of clothes.
