Helping Shayden and the Family,

Donation protected
Hi, my name is Scott Tripp. I’m Amy’s brother, and over the years, Stan has become family to me as well.

I love these two deeply, and watching the pain and trauma they’ve had to endure through this unimaginable journey with Shayden has been heartbreaking.

I don’t often ask for help like this, but it would truly mean the world to me if you could offer them a chance to support each other and stay strong during this incredibly difficult time.

Your kindness and support will go further than you can imagine.

Support for Shayden & His Family – A Young Life Facing Unimaginable Trials

We are reaching out with heavy hearts to ask for your support for Shayden and his family during this incredibly difficult time. Shayden is just 19 years old and is currently in the final stages of his battle with cancer—a journey made even more painful due to the negligence and mistreatment he endured from the medical system.

Shayden was born with Alagille Syndrome, a rare genetic disorder that affects the liver, heart, and other organs. Because of this, he has always lived a careful and disciplined life—he’s never smoked, drank, or used drugs. He’s always put his health and his family first, and now more than ever, he needs our help.

Despite his condition being known from the beginning, Shayden was given aggressive chemotherapy that his body simply could not tolerate. The treatment severely damaged his heart and kidneys—organs already weakened by Alagille Syndrome. On top of that, the healthcare system failed him repeatedly—delaying crucial tests and appointments, making harmful assumptions, and ultimately putting him through treatments that caused more harm than good.

Right now, both of his parents, Stan and Amy, are off work full-time to care for Shayden around the clock as he moves through the end of life process. They are doing everything in their power to make sure he is comfortable, loved, and never alone. Their sacrifice and strength through this time is nothing short of heroic.

Stan and Amy have always had huge hearts. They’ve raised not just their own children, but also children from their extended family without hesitation and without asking for anything in return. They’ve given so much, and now, more than ever, they deserve our support.

Even through unimaginable pain, Shayden still thinks only of others. His biggest hope is to live long enough to see his beloved Edmonton Oilers win the Stanley Cup. That dream, and the deep love he has for his family, is what keeps his spirit strong.

Funds raised will go toward helping Stan and Amy with daily living costs, special comfort items for Shayden, and future expenses as they prepare for the difficult road ahead emotionally, legally, and financially. They’ve been through more than any family should ever have to endure, and your support will mean the world.

Please consider donating, sharing this campaign, and keeping Shayden and his family in your prayers. Every bit of love helps carry them through.

Thank you for standing with them.
