Helping Shakinah

For friends and family of Shakina,

I have created this because its apparent  that our dear Shakina very much needs some financial relief during this time. I know she is too embarrassed to ever ask for this herself.  

As we all know, she is currently dealing with a frightening medical condition that is puzzling experts. She is in a lot of pain and the cost of going to specialist appointments and the ER to push for more answers is not something she can manage after having her identity stolen this year. She actually tracked down the individual better than the first Investigators on the case! Thats our girl!

Additionally, her paperwork for unemployment has been delayed due to the hold up at the post office that occurred because the Identity Thief had issued a hold for all mail that was under her name at her address after he replaced her address as his own. She had two Investigators show up at her door this week seeking the individual that is wanted for several crimes outside of Fresno County. Her taxes are on hold because the thief also filed taxes under her social. The stimulus check for her social went to her old bank account as well. These are very trying events for someone to go though, especially now.

I do not know if anything like this is already in the works for her, but I thought I would start something in the event it is not. I have known Shakina since High school. She is one of the most loving, caring, and sincere persons I know, and I cant stand to see her worried about the cost of medical co-pays and living expenses. Every little bit helps - even sharing! 

**I want to make it clear that Shakina will receive the funds. I have confirmed with her that she has a protected bank account that the thief does not have access to.**

Thank you for reading, for sharing, for praying, for giving. It is so very appreciated and I am sure she will be very surprised and overwhelmed by the love and support from everyone.
