Helping Sergeant Carroll 2 - DARE to care about MS

Donation protected
In February 2000, Sergeant Susan Carroll, Poplar Bluff Police Department, was diagnosed with Progressive Multiple Sclerosis And was forced to take medical retirement due to her declining mobility. Susan has been a police officer for 18 years and was one of the first D.A.R.E Officers in the state of Missouri. Since then her condition has deteriorated and her diagnosis elevated to Chronic Progressive Multiple Sclerosis. She is now a quadriplegic. She and her husband, David, have exhausted their savings and have resorted to using a credit card to help pay. They have also borrowed against the home they built 30 years ago. It is a constant battle. Any amount of assistance would be humbly appreciated.
