Helping Satie & Family

Hello all, good morning and happy new year. My name is Perla and I am starting this fundraiser on behalf of the Montemayor family. Currently, Satie Montemayor is undergoing medical care for a brain tumor. Her symptoms escalated quickly and she was rushed to the hospital for immediate care. Satie is first and foremost, a wonderful, amazing person. She pours love into everything she does and in everyone she meets. There is not a person who has become aware of her condition that has not personally been deeply saddened by it. She is a positive energy, her good mood contagious, and she’s devoted her entire adult life to caring for others as a nurse in the Antelope Valley. Several of us coworkers have visited her and have felt relieved by how much her family is there to support and love her. She is an amazing daughter, wife and mother among MANY other things. Her surgery was on 1/5/23, successful without complication so far. She is in the ICU still, but we know now from the pathology reports that the tumor is cancerous. She will require treatment beyond this hospital stay and she and the family members who wish to support her will be off work for an undetermined amount of time. Please, if you have the resources, send whatever amount you can spare over to the Montemayor family to help during this time. If you cannot make a financial contribution, please pray for her recovery and share this fundraiser. Satie is fierce and independent and has helped so many people. This is her trying time and deserves all of our love and support.
