Helping Samantha's family through medical hardship

My daughter, Isabel , is the light of my life. Recently, she was diagnosed with Perthes disease, I was also told we will need to schedule surgery as soon as possible due to her condition being more severe. And while we're so grateful that surgery can help her, she will be faced with two surgery's over the next 3 months. The first surgery dr. Smith will cut her muscles and stretch her ligaments. She will be put in a Petrie cast and will have limited movement for 4 to 6 weeks she will get around via rental wheelchair and walker if possible in her time of recovery. We are seeing a psyical therapist to promote walking while casted. After the first 4 to 6 weeks she will then go in for a second surgery. Dr. Smith will then cut a piece of her bone and turn the hip in and secure with hardware. This recovery time will be 6 to 8 weeks and is considered a major surgery. I will need to take time off from work for surgery, appointments and but not limited to recovery time. I am a single mother and the only income for my household. The bills and supplies i will need will become overwhelming for me and my family especially on short notice. We are also moving a week after the first surgery.
