Rosies emergency surgery
Help me in taking the burden off of my Aunt and her family, no one should ever have to heal with the burden of extreme medical bills.
Unfortunately my Auntie Rosie was in a small period of time where she did not have health insurance. About a week ago Rosie complained of a bad headache and fatigue. Well being in the middle of a pandemic, we all naturally assumed that it was possibly covid. So she quarantined herself in her room. Days went by and her symptoms did not improve, so she went out to get swabbed for covid. The days following only progressed, she started vomiting on herself and sleeping 20-23 hours a day. On day 6 Rosie began to loose her memory. She could not follow simple commands and her ability to hold a conversation was gone. At this point Stephanie(her live in daughter) called 911 as she knew covid or not something was terribly wrong.
Day 1 in the hospital did not seem promising. We found out that she had extremely high blood pressure and a ct scan and MRI showed 2 significant brain bleeds. This resulted in emergency surgery. We are hopeful that she will make it back to us as the same funny, energetic, larger than life personality that she is. She is loved by so many, attached are some pictures of Rosie with the people she loves, doing what she does best, living and loving her life.
If you are not able to donate, a prayer or sharing this go fund me will be greatly appreciated. All funds raised will go to her daughter Stephanie Gaddis. We are all here for you Auntie Rosie, we love you and can’t wait to see the amazing comeback you make! Thank you all so much for your time.
