Never thought it would come to this… me writing a GoFundMe description about my father’s death.

 

My father was 50 years young and full of life. He was deeply valued, loved, and cherished by his family, friends, and customers. No one can ever replace my father. He was one of a kind. He always kept it real with whoever he encountered, showed love and respect, and no matter what, he never hesitated to make sure his loved ones were taken care of before he looked out for himself.

 

My father has been battling heart disease for many years. He was strong and was able to overcome many setbacks he dealt with because of it, but unfortunately, he couldn’t make it past the heart attack he encountered right after Christmas going into the New Year. Being in the period of one of the most cherished holidays of the year… my family is hurting deeply because, before his passing, we were able to be together one last time before his unexpected death. One minute you’re with all your loved ones, then out of nowhere, the one you cherish the most leaves unexpectedly. It felt like an unplanned go-away party around this time of the year.

 

Unfortunately, my father is leaving behind the mother of his first daughter, who he loved so much, my beautiful baby sister Nyauri whom he gave the world to, my younger twin brothers Kyler and Tyler he molded to grow strong, and me, his firstborn. We will continue to carry his name with pride and strength. He will never be forgotten. He will always be cherished and loved, and most importantly, during his absence, his memory will still be here, living through us.
