Helping raise awareness for Men’s Mental Health

Donation protected
After losing our Dad to suicide in April 2024, we were confronted with a painful reality: men’s mental health is still not spoken about enough in the UK, particularly among younger generations. Statistics suggest that around 77% of men experience mental health difficulties at some point in their lives, yet stigma and silence continue to surround the issue.

Everyone should feel able to speak openly about how they are feeling, without fearing that they are a burden, and without feeling ashamed for struggling. No one should ever feel that their pain is something they have to carry alone or hide from the world.

In November this year, myself, Ben, Luke, Ben, Harvey, Josh & Alfie. Will be taking on a 56km walk from our home to the New Forest, in honour of the 56 years our Dad lived. This challenge is not only a tribute to him, but also a way of raising awareness and vital funds for a cause that remains critically underfunded.

Any donation, whether large or small, would mean more than we can express. Your support will help fund essential training and, ultimately, save lives.
