Helping Pete Kick Cancers Ass

For those that know and for those who don’t, my dad was diagnosed with lung cancer in late March. I went on the road just a week after getting the news, and the entire time I was out I kept thinking, “What can I do to help?”

Folks who have firsthand experience with cancer and all that comes with it know that there's not just a physical toll but sometimes a heavy financial impact that goes with it. To add to all of this, my grandfather has been in and out of the hospital over the course of the last couple of years, with the number of visits increasing over this past year. My dad and my aunt were his caregivers. Now my aunt is looking after both of them, putting a huge weight on her shoulders.

Myself and the Scruggs family appreciate everyone reaching out and helping in this time of need. If you know Pete, you know he is a prideful man and has worked hard his whole life, so not only was the news devastating but the ability to not be able to work was a hard hit mentally and financially. All money raised will be given to him to use for medical and living expenses. Thank you ❤️
