Helping Patty Overcome Cancer
Please help this resilient mom in her recovery
Our dear Patty has kicked COVID while fighting triple negative carcinoma, an
aggressive type of breast cancer over the last four years.
The COVID hit her hard and she dropped to barely 100 pounds. She endured many debilitating effects of the virus including having her lungs drained of fluid.
Throughout her fight she has also struggled to maintain her daily routine of medical protocols and cancer treatments. The COVID has regressed her in her recovery from cancer and she is now fighting even harder to rebuild her strength.
In addition to fighting cancer and dealing with this continuous stress, Patty is also a small business owner. Despite the edema in her arms, pain from the cancer and
weakness brought on by COVID, Patty has returned to work. As difficult as this is,
she makes amazingly beautiful window treatments for her loyal customers to earn money for medical expenses and to support her family and send her son and daughter to college.
Patty is truly an inspiration to all who know her for her strong and courageous fight and for the truly beautiful person that she is. She is also one of the most positive and vibrant people anyone could know. She is generous and gives from the heart. Patty has incredible energy and a zest for life. She is Martha Stewart and so much more for all the cooking baking and sewing she does for family and friends. She is the person who is there for everyone and always makes things happen in her wonderful way, even though she is hurting on the inside. She is a person who lives her faith and makes a positive impact on all those she meets. One would not know that this person is struggling with a life-threatening illness as she is always celebrating the goodness of life.
The greatest challenge for Patty and her family as with so many families who have
fallen on such hardship, is that there is nothing worse than the burden of
overwhelming financial stress while coping with a life-threatening illness. With all of this in mind, Patty’s family and friends ask you to show compassion and support to give her a chance to achieve the full recovery for which she has sacrificed so much to attain.
Being a person of enthusiasm who trusts in God with all her heart, Patty is determined to survive and regain her life. It would bring great joy to see all the kindness and generosity that Patty has given to others return to her now when time is of the essence. Anything that you can offer Patty and her family would be a true blessing, and they will be so grateful to you for your heartfelt acts of kindness and love.
