Pam was visiting her daughter in SC, helping her recover from ACL surgery when she fell very ill. A small bowel obstruction was found, and an emergency surgery was done. Recovery was complicated by additional unhealthy bowel, low blood pressure, and sepsis. She was on a ventilator and maximal support for several days. She needed 4 surgeries as of 5/8/25. She remains in ICU, and will require several more days in the hospital.

Being out of state, her husband Pat is going back and forth from his daughter’s house to the hospital, and also eating at the food court for most meals. There is a long road ahead for healing, recovery, and rehab. We expect a lot of expenses and needs to come. This is just the beginning! We appreciate all of your prayers and support.
