As you probably already know, Tom Brennan is currently in a Rehabilitation Center in Schenectady, NY recovering from a stroke.  His prognosis is good but he is in for a long rehabilitation.

The prolonged rehab period and related expenses will no doubt be a financial burden. Some of his friends have been discussing how to help and have decided to post a GoFundMe page to help raise some money.  Donations will be used to offset medical expenses and personal expenses accruing while he is in rehab, so please give generously.

Tom has been a great friend to so many of us, always a kind and gregarious presence in our lives.   Now it's a chance for us to help him out in this time of need.

I'm told the whole point of this GoFundMe thing is to spread word quickly so please pass this on to any friends or family of Tom who might want to help.
