Helping out Ray Ricardo

Hello all,

Erik Hansen here. Jeff Monroe came up with a great idea to raise some money to help out our good friend Ray Ricardo as his wife suffers from a variety of ailments. When Ray is not working he is 100% committed to the care of his wife. With your donation, we hope to get him a bit of time off by hiring some in-home assistance. At the very least we hope to get the man some vacation time!

We all know Ray as the Pro Shop manager, starter, and main man at San Juan Hills Golf Club. "Everyone knows Ray" is what they say because the man has been the star of Orange County since his days as quarterback at Costa Mesa High. Since then he's played football at the University of Hawaii, held the course record at SJH for years, and has become the Institution of our beloved club as he sets golfers out on their way. If you don't know Ray, well you don't play San Juan!

For all his witty banter and fun-loving jokes the man loves our club, its members, and the great game of golf. So it's our time to come together and give back. We'll have this up for a month and will present it to him at our next tournament on Sept 9th. He's aware we're doing this but it won't be visible to him until then so please don't bring it up to him. Thanks!
