Helping out Dad for cancer treatment
Donation protected
Hello, my name is Terrance Lofton Jr. I am writing on behalf of my father, Terrance Lofton Sr. My father is fighting a very rare type of cancer called Merastic Thymic Cancer, which we found out about last summer. My father is a truck driver, and he hasn't been able to go to work due to his illness; he is also a retired veteran, and the treatments needed are not covered by insurance at the moment. And we need a little more help to help him with his treatments. The Chemo has shrunk his tumor a little, but for a different treatment, we have to pay out of pocket. With chemo, he has his up days and his down days, and as a family, it is very heart-wrenching to watch him go through, but we remain positive, support him every day, and trust God for his healing. I know my dad is not the only one fighting this fight, and our prayers and thoughts are also with you and your family. We are not asking for a lot, and we appreciate anything given to help. We appreciate you taking the time to read this story and hope our family and friends share it with others so we can meet our goal. I appreciate any help you can provide. Thank you.
