Hi, our names are Max and Zack and we are fundraising on behalf of our parents who were recently involved in a serious motorcycle accident. Our family is still in shock and we are incredibly grateful they are alive, but both of them suffered major injuries that will require significant medical care, follow ups, and a long road to recovery.

Our mom has a broken tibia, underwent surgery to have a rod placed in her leg, and also suffered a broken ankle and a broken nose. Although she has already had her surgery, she will need extensive follow up appointments, physical therapy, and support as she begins the long process of healing and regaining mobility.

Our dad sustained a serious concussion, the loss of five teeth, and a painful hematoma on his left arm. Because of the severity of the dental trauma, he will ultimately need five new teeth which will require significant dental reconstruction and ongoing treatment.

Our parents are two of the most caring and hardworking people you will ever meet. They have always been the first to help others and now they are the ones who unexpectedly need support. Between emergency care, surgery, dental work, follow up visits, physical therapy, and the loss of income during their recovery, the financial burden is overwhelming.
