Family Relief Fund — Hosted by Her Table Catering & Events

Our Connection:

My name is Latwain Rogers, and I am the owner of Her Table Catering LLC and we are organizing this fundraiser on behalf of the families affected by the recent tragedy at Willie’s Breakfast Bar in St. Helena, South Carolina. I am a close friend and community partner who has been working to coordinate meals, provide emotional support, and help raise funds during this difficult time.

How Funds Will Be Transferred:

All donations are being collected through this verified GoFundMe campaign and will be transferred into my business account for Her Table Catering & Events, which I manage. From there, the funds will be distributed directly to the affected families through personal checks or electronic transfers. We are maintaining full transparency and accountability, and we’ll continue to post updates as distributions are made.

How the Funds Will Be Used:

So far, we’ve raised about $2,500, and every dollar is going toward helping these families heal and rebuild. The funds will be used to cover funeral and memorial expenses, medical costs for those injured, and essential living expenses for families directly impacted by the loss. A portion will also support community meals and remembrance events we’re hosting throughout the week to bring people together, offer comfort, and continue raising funds for those in need.
