Our beautiful friend Sophia is finally getting the surgery she's needed for years after after such a long and painful journey.

Sophia's story:

A few years ago she had a rare hip surgery that sadly didn't heal properly and she's been living with ongoing pain, breaks, and fractures ever since. After years of pushing to be heard, she's finally having a 3rd major procedure in which they will be plating her pelvis to stabilise everything. The recovery will mean 2 months on crutches and time off work.

Recently she was also diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, likely triggered by years of stress and trauma to the area from pushing through pain.

It has been a huge financial and emotional strain , we wanted to make this GofundMe to take some pressure off her and her family while she heals (help with living costs, medical expenses and give her space to actually rest and recover properly this time).

Soph is one of the strongest people i know , she'd never ask for help herself, so we are doing it for her.
