Hello everyone, my name is Rene Lemaire. Today, Wednesday, December 31, 2025, 30 minutes after I left for work, the chimney on the outside of our home caught fire and the fire spread into the attic across the top of our home. By the grace of God, my wife Shelah, my daughter Amara, and my mother-in-law Lynda made it out of the home safely and called 911. Shelah called me, and I rushed home to find 3 fire trucks in our driveway and my family outside in tears as they tried to save our home. Unfortunately, all of our personal belongings and a full lifetime of my mother-in-law's things are gone.
