It is with shattered hearts that my family and I share the devastating and tragic loss of my nephew Ricky. He has gone to heaven to be with our Lord Jesus Christ. Though we held onto hope, our faith and prayed for a miracle, the Lord, in His wisdom, chose to call Ricky home. Our family is experiencing unimaginable pain during this time. Ricky was my sister’s youngest child and only boy. He leaves behind a grieving mother, father, and two sisters. We humbly ask for any support whether it is monetary or with prayer to help us lay Ricky to rest with the dignity, peace, and love he so deeply deserves. Ricky was a beautiful soul with a kind heart who loved his family and friends. He will forever live on in our hearts. Ricky’s death will not be in vain. He is a hero who will save many lives through organ donation. It was the hardest decision for my sister and my brother-in-law to make. But that’s how Ricky would have wanted it to be. He will be remembered for his beautiful heart, the way he loved, and his unique personality. Thank you for your support from the bottom of our hearts.
