Helping our dear Chelita fight Covid-19

With great sadness we wanted to let everyone know that our mother Celia passed away on Friday, February 26 after a long fought battle with Covid-19. After 65 days in the hospital, it was her time to join her Lord and Savior Jesus in heaven. She was surrounded by family and friends up until her last moments. She was loved by so many and had so much love to give others. We are eternally grateful for all the support and donations that have been received throughout this difficult time. They will be used to cover remaining hospital and cremation costs. The donations will also help us cover her monthly expenses that had accumulated during her hospital stay and settlement of her estate. Please keep our family in your prayers. Heaven has gained a beautiful angel but she will forever be missed.

Con gran tristeza queríamos que todos supieran que nuestra madre Celia falleció el viernes 26 de febrero después de una larga batalla con Covid-19. Después de 65 días en el hospital, llegó el momento de reunirse con su Señor y Salvador Jesús en el cielo. Estaba rodeada de familiares y amigos en sus últimos momentos. Ella era amada por muchos y tenía mucho amor para dar a los demás. Estamos eternamente agradecidos por todo el apoyo y donaciones que se han recibido durante este difícil momento. For those who don't know, our dear (Chelita) aka Celia has been hospitalized because of Covid-19 since the beginning of January. She has been in the ICU for weeks on a ventilator and has persevered through bouts of pneumonias and many other complications.
At this time, she is still in the hospital and her long term care and monthly expenses are ongoing. There are many hospital expenses related to her care that are not covered as well as deductibles to get her moved to a long term care facility.
By contributing to this campaign you will be helping her daughters and family with getting her the care that she needs. Her daughter has left her job and family in Chicago to care for her mother during this crucial time. We are hoping
and believing she will show improvements so she can be moved to a facility for rehabilitation.
We have been overwhelmed by the love, support, and prayers from all those who know and love her. We continue to pray for her healing and full recovery. Thank you so much for reading and supporting our dear Chelita during this time.
