Hi there, our names are Shelley and Tracey, we have decided to do a fundraiser to help support our beautiful mother after the loss of our father Walter (Wally). On Friday, our family suddenly and unexpectedly lost our much-loved father. His passing has left us heartbroken, and our mum is now facing the overwhelming reality of funeral expenses during an incredibly difficult time.

The total cost of the funeral is $15,000. However we are asking for $18,000 as the additional $3,000 will help relieve some of the financial burden that comes from a two person household income to a one person income. We have already managed to cover half of cost ($9,000) but we are still short and are hoping to raise the remaining amount to help ease this financial burden for her.

This is not something we ever imagined we would need to do, and asking for help has not been easy. We completely understand that many people are doing it tough, and there is absolutely no pressure to donate. Any contribution, no matter how small, or even sharing this page, would mean the world to our family.

All funds raised will go directly towards funeral, memorial and other funds will go towards the financial burden at this time, helping us give Dad the farewell he deserves while supporting Mum through this heartbreaking time.
