Good Morning Friends & Family,
Soon I am going to embark on a special humanitarian mission in Uganda with Paul Freeman a dear friend and client of mine.
Paul is best known for his roles as Rene Belloq in Raiders of the Lost Ark & Ivan Ooze in Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie. More recently you may remember him as Rev. Phillip Shooter in Hot Fuzz.
We are going to Uganda with UKHF:
Last year while at The Great Philadelphia Comic Con, Paul mentioned that he has been working with UKHF for years and that their next trip to Uganda would be in early 2018. I had quite a privileged childhood and now I make my living by traveling the world almost every weekend with celebrities that I looked up to my whole life. When Paul mentioned his charitable work it struck me as a great way to give back.
Please take a moment to review the below info about UKHF and what we will be doing in Uganda.
I appreciate you taking the time to read this and considering donating to our cause.
UKHF is a registered charity devoted to supporting orphaned and vulnerable children in Busiiro village, Uganda.
Run by a small team of Trustees, UKHF works in partnership with the Healing Focus Orphanage Centre to advance education and to relieve the poverty and sickness of orphaned children aged between three and fifteen in Busiiro village, Luuka district, Uganda. This is a hands-on charity so we roll up our sleeves and get stuck in at every opportunity. The UKHF team visit Uganda regularly to provide extra support on the ground, especially at the Healing Children School that we helped to build. We fundraise for important improvements as well as providing practical support and guidance.
Our work is grounded in the principle of non-discrimination. We believe every person should be able to enjoy all the rights enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights without distinctions based on race, color, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status. We are independent of any government, political ideology, economic interest or religion, and are funded mainly by public donations.
While I’m prepared to fully bear my personal expenses for this endeavor, I thought some of my friends & family may wish to assist me helping as many orphaned children as possible.
We will be in Uganda for roughly 13-15 days. The estimated total cost per person is $3,000 covering round-trip airfare ($1200), lodging ($1500), and transportation ($300) excluding food and miscellaneous expense.
If I am able to raise $6,000 another friend / client of mine is going to come with me.
If we meet this goal, every person who donates $100 or more will receive an 11x17 print of the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie poster signed by Paul Freeman and the other client. I can probably get a few others to sign them as well but that will have to be a surprise! Or if you prefer I can have Paul sign a Raiders of the Lost Ark print.
Any money raised, not used to cover the expense of flights, lodging and transportation will de donated directly to the charity.
On another note after an 11 year career booking celebrities world wide I have made a lot of connections with toy manufactures and book publishers. Many of them are donating items for me to take to the children which is really great. If you would like to donate items for children ages 3-15 be it toys, books, clothing or anything else for that matter you can ship the items to me at:

Thank you again for your time. I appreciate any help.
