Levi Lewis has been diagnosed with Chronic Myeloid Leukemia. Levi has been undergoing very aggressive treatments to combat this cancer. I am starting this page to help with the medical expenses that are close to 5k a month beyond what insurance covers. Levi has worked for Lehi Police Department for 10 years now and is currently a Sargent and a K9 officer. Levi is a tremendous asset to the Lehi Police Department. Levi is married to his wife Janie and has 3 kids (Bryson, Jayk, and Ella). Every time I run into Levi, whether it be at work or out and about, he is always smiling and talking about baseball (something we are both passionate about). Levi is a guy that would take his shirt off of his back for you and never expects anything in return. Anything helps. A lot of people have wanted to help and did not know-how.
