Sometimes the people who give the most help are the ones who never ask for it.

We are coming together as a community to support someone who truly embodies kindness, hard work, and selflessness.

Our valued friend, co-worker, support system, and advocate for victims of bullying, was recently involved in a car accident that resulted in his car being completely totaled. This was not just a vehicle — it was something he worked tirelessly for. He spent over a year picking up extra shifts, showing up whenever help was needed, and saving every dollar to purchase his car.

Unfortunately, the insurance company may not be covering the full cost, leaving him unexpectedly facing a major setback.

Anyone who knows him knows this: he is the first to step up when someone else is struggling. He goes above and beyond for residents, coworkers, and people throughout the Fort Erie community — often without recognition and never expecting anything in return.

Now, it’s our turn to show up for him.

This fundraiser is to help ease the financial burden of replacing his vehicle so he can continue getting to work, supporting his family, and doing what he does best — caring for others.
