Our family recently experienced a devastating house fire that has left us displaced and facing a long road ahead. While we are incredibly grateful that everyone is safe, the loss and disruption have been overwhelming.
I never imagined we would be in a position where we needed to ask for help. We have always worked hard to support our family and take pride in standing on our own. Reaching out like this is not easy, but this experience has shown us how quickly life can change and how important community truly is.
We’ve been told that we’ll be displaced for over a year, and we are currently navigating insurance, cleanup, and the urgent process of salvaging what we can before further damage sets in. The uncertainty, logistics, and emotional toll, especially while trying to keep life stable for our kids, has been incredibly challenging.
Funds raised will help cover immediate and ongoing needs that insurance does not fully cover, including temporary living expenses, storage, replacing essential belongings, and other costs that come with sudden, long-term displacement.
We also recognize that help comes in many forms. If you’re unable to donate, we are equally grateful for guidance, resources, referrals, or simply sharing information that may help us navigate this process.
We are deeply thankful for the love, support, and kindness we’ve already received. Whether you choose to donate, share, or offer helpful resources, please know how much it truly means to our family.
Thank you for being part of our support system during this incredibly difficult time.
