Hi, I’m James Jones. My goal with this is to build a shelter or improve on what I already have so I can foster dogs and cats in my area! We are overwhelmed with animals and have no help from the county. I just need to build a shelter to house 10 to 20 dogs and cats! I just foster, and the animals wait at my house for a rescue!
