This is something really close to my heart. My sister has been going through so much lately—she recently had to start dialysis, had surgery, and missed a lot of work during the process. She’s a Mother who also lives with type 1 diabetes and celiac disease, and yet she still shows up every day and does everything she can for her daughter.

She doesn’t like asking for help—not from me, not even from our mom—and she has no idea I’m doing this. But sometimes the strongest people need a little support too.

Her daughter also needs medication, and between all of this, the bills have added up fast.
