Hi, my name is Frazer and we’re raising funds on behalf of my sister, Allison Snowdon, who recently lost her partner and soulmate, Dr. Serge Lévesque, on September 27, 2025.

Serge was so much more than a brilliant academic — he was warm, humble, compassionate, and deeply devoted. He and Allison were true partners in every sense of the word, sharing a life built on love, trust, and unwavering support. His sudden passing has left an unimaginable void not only in Allison’s life but also in the lives of all who loved him.

Serge was a passionate PhD candidate at the University of Guelph, where he made significant contributions to research and innovation — including a registered patent. But beyond his academic achievements, Serge was a deeply kind and generous human being. He made everyone feel seen and valued.

We were grateful for the kindness and warmth of Serge’s family — his parents Gaston and Lise Lévesque, his brother and sister-in-law Guy and Alana Lévesque, along with his whole family who welcomed Allison and us with open arms.

He was also a loving uncle to my children and, more than just Allison’s partner, he became like a brother to the rest of our family. My kids adored him, and he brought a calm, caring presence into our lives that can never be replaced.

Since his passing, Allison has been left to carry the financial weight of the life they built together — from rent and bills to groceries and daily expenses — all while navigating overwhelming grief.
