Helping my mother-in-law Rufina Pamad with her medical bill

Hello, normally I don't like asking for help, however I'm a little in over my head on this one. My mother inlaw Rufina pamad is having pericardial effusion ( fluid build up in the pericardial sac around the heart, preventing the heart from pumping normally). The state runned hospitals in the Philippines where she lives aren't bothering to help her and so she is trying to get get into a private hospital to get help because it's progressed to the point of her collapsing. We are trying to set up this gofundme to help cover the medical costs. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
