My Mom has been in assisted living for almost a year here in California after I moved her from Florida to be closer and she is holding her own with early dementia, she has adjusted well to her place and has her routines. The good news is she is about the same as last year memory wise and we were able to get government assistance since my Dad was in the military. Now I am working to get her 2 credit cards paid off.

She and my late Dad, unfortunately, did not plan properly for retirement. At this point, I have contributed so much to my Mom and I have helped support her with my own loans and 401k money on and off since my Dad passed away, 11 years ago, so I am reaching out for assistance.

The goal is to get her bills paid off so her money will go to her assisted living rent in which she pays half. I still contribute a bit each month, but once her bills are paid off, I won't need to help.

My Mom has been wonderful and I want her to enjoy her remaining time on earth without worrying about additional bills. Any donation is much appreciated. Thank you so much. -Nick
