Hi everyone,
My mom was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. She’s about to begin treatment, which will include several months of IV chemotherapy, followed by surgery, radiation, and then long-term medication. It’s going to be a long and difficult road.
This isn’t her first time battling cancer. In 2016, she was diagnosed with colon cancer and faced it with strength and courage. Now she’s preparing to fight again.
She’s the most loving, caring, and selfless person I know. She’s a wife, mother of two, and recently became a first-time grandma to her newborn grandson, who she absolutely adores.
Even now, she plans to keep working through treatment because the cost of living is too high.
I wish I could take that pressure off of her completely, but I can’t. More than anything, I want her to be able to take time off to heal and focus on recovery without the added stress of financial burden.
Any support, whether it’s a donation or simply sharing this page, means so much to us. Thank you for reading and for keeping her in your thoughts and prayers. She is truly the strongest woman I know.
