My name is Mahmoud Owda I am 31 years old. I have been living in UK for the past five years, but my family are all still in Gaza. My parents, brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews are all displaced in Rafah near the Egyptian border and in urgent need of medical care and shelter. If they are not able to leave as soon as possible, they will not survive .

I initially started this campaign to raise money for my family to be able to escape to safety. However, the situation has gotten worse; they have been displaced again, after our house was destroyed in north in Gaza and now staying in tent in Rafah, My father and brother have suffered severe injuries from bombings My brother he has epilepsy and both of my parents are diabetic. The need immediate medical care and money to buy Necessary needs

To raise the full £48000 to pay for them to leave could take months

. Evacuation would be the best way to ensure their safety, but at the rate of current fundraising they will not survive their medical issues and shelter situation by the time the full amount is raised. This is why I need to use the money first to pay for their medical care and shelter needs.

Their best chance of survival is to leave through the crossing in to Egypt. However, they are currently not well enough to do this. My priority now is to pay for them to get the medical care and shelter they desperately need.
