Helping my family through my Cancer battle

Hello! I'm David. I'm a loving father of two amazing boys and married to the best woman that I could ever dream of, I work my butt to the bone and I've served our country to keep us all free. I thank the Lord for my life, until we received the terrible news that I was diagnosed with testicular cancer in September 23. The doctors have removed the cancerous mass, but now they found that the cancer had moved into my stomach, upgrading me to stage IIIC (the worst testicular cancer can be) the new mass is putting pressure onto my kidneys causing acute kidney failure, also this has caused me to have blood clotting issues. Overall I've spent several weeks over the past few months in the hospital, resulting in many surgeries. Chemotherapy has not worked to kill the mass that is left in my stomach, so I was sent to Indiana University to see the world renown doctor who created the "cure" for Testicular Cancer. He recommended two rounds of Stem Cell and high dose chemotherapy. The first round of treatment brought many bad side effects and even put me on life support for a while. The complications were so bad that I could not recieve the second round or else it would have killed me. I am now disabled and unable to return to work at all. Our kids are trying to be strong while they watch their daddy suffer and now we as parents are worried about providing for them. I was the sole income provider for our family and now that I cannot work anymore, my wonderful wife is trying to find work to help the family while she homeschools our boys and is having to care for me while I'm having tests, chemo, and surgeries. To add insult to injury, our car has completely died, with no way to get a new one, so now we have no way of getting me to my appointments or my wife to work and with the concern of paying our bills, staggering medical bills and putting food on the table, the stress is starting to weigh heavily on us. We appreciate any help that anyone can give and we thank our community in advance!
