Hello, my name is Easton, and I'm trying to begin a fundraiser to help my brother with medical expenses. He's had a hard life. He was born with aortic stenosis with insufficiency, which made it so he could not do many activities. At the age of 11, he was diagnosed with Guillain-Barré syndrome which affected the muscles in his legs making them weak. At 13, he had his first open-heart surgery the Ross procedure but just a couple of months later he got an infection that caused multiple health problems where they had to go in and balloon his heart where they detected holes that were patched using stints. He had a second open-heart surgery when he was 26, where they put in a mechanical valve in the place of his aorta valve and put a pig valve in the place of his pulmonary valve. About 6 months after his 2nd surgery he developed Gout which caused another infection and more problems with his legs, causing the pig valve to pull away from the mechanical valve causing another surgery to replace and secure the pig valve again. Since all of this has happened, he has been in and out of the hospital multiple times. This time he has sepsis and unfortunately he doesn't have means of taking care of the medical expenses.
