Helping My 91 Year Old Grandma Start Over After House Fire

Donation protected
Today, our family experienced a devastating loss. My 91-year-old grandmother lost her home of nearly 60 years in a sudden house fire and, with it, a great chunk of everything she owned.

She had been without water for two days due to frozen lines, and while my grandfather was trying to thaw the pipes, the house caught fire and spread quickly. There was no time to save the home or her belongings.

My grandmother is a proud and devoted Christian whose faith has carried her through a lifetime of hardship and loss. She lost both of her children, all of her siblings, and even her parents as a teenager. Despite everything, she has remained strong, kind, and rooted in the Lord.

She is the biggest giver you will ever meet — endlessly friendly, deeply caring, and always putting others before herself, even when it meant personal sacrifice. She began working at 14 years old and remained fiercely independent for most of her life, taking great pride in her home and caring for it daily.

Now, at 91, she is facing the unimaginable task of starting over. We are raising funds to help provide immediate necessities, housing support, and comfort as she navigates this loss.

Any donation, prayer, or share means more than we can express. Thank you for helping support a woman who has spent her life giving to others.
