Morine Lynch is a typical mother with a special ability to connect to people. She is a lover of God, life and humanity. This is evident in the selfless and sacrificial giving of her, knowledge, time, talent and resources to her family, neighbors, friends, coworkers, church members, strangers, the young and old, the rich and poor, the forgotten and the outcast. She lives by the theme of one of her favorite songs, “This world is not my home, I am just passing through. My treasures are all laid down somewhere beyond the blue…” Her daily interactions are a reflection of her motto “Do all the good you can, in all the world you can, to all the people you can, just as long as you can”. Morine is full of life and laughter. In reference to her maiden name Green, she would always say, “I am forever young”. On August 29, 2018, at 66 years old, she was still hopping, skipping and jumping when a visit to the Emergency room, revealed that Multiple Myeloma was ravishing her body. Even though her body was broken, her spirit and confidence in God grew stronger. For twenty-seven months with prays, support and all resources on deck, along with unseen angels, Morine fought the deadly disease. She went from bed bound to daily walks with assistance. To God be the glory. The enemy of our souls became wrath, and she was later diagnosed with breast cancer. In November of 2020 Morine learned that the cancer had went from the duct to other areas in her Left breast. This resulted in a double mastectomy on December 5, 2020. Post mastectomy pathology results indicated that Morine has HER2+ cancer, the aggressive type. A PET scan revealed on January 5, 2021 that the cancer had metastasize to her lungs. In spite of the dooming news, Morine has not lost hope. She believes that God has not allowed her to be tested beyond what she can bear, and His mission for her life is not yet over. Morine is still full of joy and gratitude and despite her short comings, her desire is to continue to emulate the character of Christ, so others can be drawn to Him and be saved. Today she is reaching out to you for help. Morine is requesting your fervent prayers and your financial support to help offset medical expenses for treatments that will help her fight this new round of cancer. Morine would like to travel to an institute overseas, where she will receive treatment. In addition, her condition requires the continued intervention of a naturopathic doctor. Over the past twenty-eight months, Morine’s recourses and that of her support system has been drained and now she is reaching out to you for financial help. Morine needs to raise at least $40, 000. This would give Morine Green Lynch, a wife, a mother, a grandmother, a sister, a friend, a confident, a second chance at life. Thank you in advance for your fervent prayers and your kind considerations.
