Recently, she was diagnosed with colorectal cancer, and due to the severity of the condition, she had to undergo a colostomy procedure, which is the first step of a long way on her road to recovery / management of her illness. Unfortunately, she does not have insurance coverage to assist with the extensive medical expenses incurred.

As her son, seeing my mother battle this illness without the financial means to ease her burden is truly heart-wrenching. However, I firmly believe in the power of community and support during difficult times.
