Helping Mom and SON

Hello,

My name is Elvia, and usually a very independent person who likes to help others instead of receiving help. Today I am putting my pride aside and asking for help. I have a son named Julian. Julian, my son, is a junior at Warren High School and is a great student, a straight A student and an awesome leader to his peers. Two years ago, I decided to move to Warren High School boundaries because my son was very honest with me and told me that if I kept in the school district he was in, he would not make it in that high school and would most likely drop out of school. The environment that district has created did not fit my son and I did not want to lose to bad influences or decisions. When I made the decision to move, I took on another job to make the rent, bills and food. So far, with me working the two jobs, we have been making and surviving, but with taxes going up in the Warren area, rent went up a lot for me. Also, I have health reasons that have made me take more days off from work than usual, and I do not have sick time on my part time, so it cuts back on the money I make. These past two months, I have fallen behind on rent, and my leasing office is now demanding full payment of my balance by the 6th of December, or they will start the eviction process. I do not want to be evicted or have to give my son the news that we have to move out of Warren school district for Christmas. It would break Julian's heart to leave Warren. He is so happy there with his peers and teachers. He fits in so well and feels like he belongs at Warren. I could move back to our old school district where rent is cheaper, but I would feel like I let myself down and my son down because he would have to return to an environment he does not fit in. If I get this help, it will help me with catching up on rent and possibly paying ahead on my rent, so this does not happen again. I am very grateful to anyone who can help during this time. I know these times are not easy for everyone, but I am taking a leap of faith to get help. Any little donation will help.
