Helping Mike Baxter

Hi friends,

You may or may not have heard our union brother and friend Mike Baxter was recently in a tragic motorcycle accident. He was extremely fortunate to survive but left with 2 broken arms, a broken hand, and out of work for a minimum of 3 months to recover with multiple surgeries ahead of him. When I first met Mike he was pretty quiet, likes to keeps to himself, and also an undeniably hard worker! Once I got to know him I found out he's actually pretty hysterical...hates Apple products lol. But anyways, he's just a real solid dude, real salt of the earth kinda guy who has been taking care of his mother and little sister, and would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it. Now, with circumstances being as they are he won't be eligible to collect unemployment or get anything from insurance which is really truly unfortunate, and I'm sure as we can all imagine extremely stressful.

I've never started a go fund me and honestly its not really in my comfort zone, but its probably not too comfortable in his shoes right now either. So in trying to keep this on the short and sweet side...

If you have the means and find it in your heart to help it would be so appreciated! Lets try to keep this kid grateful to be alive! I know he would do the same for any one of us!
