Helping Mick Recover

Our beloved friend,Mick Glover is currently intubated and in a diabetic coma.

He and his partner Erin and kitty got safely to St. Louis after riding out hurricane Ida in New Orleans, escaping lots of damage to their home and the dangerously high heat without electricity.

However, on Friday night he suddenly stopped breathing and was unresponsive. Erin and Lane(their host in St.Louis) administered CPR until the ambulance arrived.

Mick’s recovery time is unknown at the moment. I know the last thing these two need to worry about is how to pay rent and bills in the aftermath of Ida and with Mick on recovery road possibly for a good length of time. Any donations will go to keeping them able to focus on Mick getting well. They obviously have no income at the moment, as they aren’t even in their home city, and will still be facing all of the usual expenses as well as new ones.
