Helping Michelle Board fight breast cancer

Michelle Board at the young age of 45 was diagnosed with aggressive breast cancer. Chemotherapy, Radiation and surgery projected to take a year in total to fight this illness. 

Michelle is a loving single mother who raised three children on her own.  Also she has taken a huge part in donating to women shelters for the abused and for kid programs to help make sure every kid has clothes,  food for thanksgiving, and presents for Christmas. She is a woman with huge heart which is ironic because the doctor told her “you have a beautiful heart inside and out”. 

This diagnosis has hit her very hard as she also suffers from anxiety and depression. The strength of Michelle is amazing she is a fighter and will fight hard to get through this battle of cancer. At first she was told it was just a lump in her breast the size of a baseball and with further testing she found out it is spreading into the lymph-nodes in her armpit. The hardest part she has had to face is she has to do it alone, the hospital with the pandemic will not let her have anyone by her side. Every chemo, radiation and surgery no one will be able to go with her and that is heart breaking. It is a very aggressive type of cancer and will take a lot of time and medical expenses to fight through it. 

Michelle is a beacon of strength for her family, she is adored and loved by her peers. Michelle has given her whole life to making everyone around her feel important and special. As her son all I want to do is be able to help her. The expenses for the procedures are very hefty and we are just reaching out for help.

Any donation will help we will accept anything that you are gracious enough to spare. Seeing my mother cry each and everyday not knowing how she will make ends meet breaks my heart because I can’t help with expenses myself. Insurance companies always do cover some expenses but a great margin is still to come out of pocket, and a year of straight treatment and maybe more if needed is a substantial amount. Asher family all we want to do is show her she isn’t alone.
