A few weeks ago, Meghan Eames began experiencing a sudden, severe headache along with numbness and pressure in her face. After being taken to the hospital, doctors discovered a large pituitary tumor pressing against vital areas near her brain.
In the coming weeks, Meghan will undergo a transsphenoidal pituitary tumor resection, a complex surgery to remove the tumor through the nasal cavity. Since the diagnosis, she’s been in constant pain and has spent countless hours visiting specialists, scheduling appointments, and preparing for treatment — all while trying to stay calm in the middle of the chaos.
While Meghan focuses on recovery, she will be out of work for an extended period, which brings understandable stress about everyday expenses and the unknowns ahead. This fundraiser was created to help ease that burden and give her space to rest and heal without added worry.
Anyone who knows Meghan knows her quiet strength and kindness. She’s the kind of person who shows up for others without hesitation — and now it’s our turn to show up for her.
All donations will go directly toward supporting Meghan’s recovery — including travel expenses for appointments, gas, potential hotel stays during treatment, and household costs while she and her husband are both unable to work. Her husband will be taking time off to care for her through surgery and recovery, so every bit of help truly makes a difference. Whether it’s donating, sharing her story, or keeping her in your thoughts, your support means so much.
Thank you for helping Meghan through this difficult time.
