Hi everyone. This was something I was hoping I'd never have to do. Life throws us some pretty messed up curveballs sometimes. If you've followed on fb you've read that I've been having some issues with memory, falls, going places with no recollection of being there.... etc. This has gotten worse in the last few months. What i have all done so far. MRI of the brain- normal. EEG- normal. SLEEP STUDY-don't get me started on this. To say I have sleep apnea when I didn't sleep at all during the test sure rubs me the wrong way. But I'll listen. EAR NOSE AND THROAT- this is where I've finally gotten some direction. I had a CT SCAN done on a small bone in the inner ears called the ORBIT SELLA, and as it turns out the left ear it's almost gone and the right ear is deteriorating as well. This is causing the dizziness and constant ringing. Unfortunately there's no sure fire way to fix this and surgery doesn't guarantee a fix. Pretty major surgery as well. But i have a referral going to Madison to consult with the specialist there to see what options are. Next is a referral to a sports based neurologist in Milwaukee to see about POST CONCUSSION SYNDROME. Which I've been pleading to see since day 1. Theres some direction here finally.

The reason I've finally decided to make this is I'm asking for help so I can fight this thing. I've always been a fighter but I don't know how to fight this alone. These issues have cost me several jobs and im in the works with trying to get disability until I can get things better enough to work. I absolutely hate doing this but any contribution would be greatly appreciated. The dr bills are stacked. I love you all.

Update.... I have been turned down by 2 different post concussion drs without even being seen. I met with an ear nose and throat surgeon who has agreed that I need to see the post concussion dr before we consider treatment for the ringing.... but it's been impossible to get into one. We waited 3months for approval from Milwaukee just to have them deny seeing me without so much as a courtesy call to tell me. This fight is beyond what is going on internally... it's against the system too....
