Helping Marny Beat Cancer's Ass

Hello, Beautiful People. 

Earlier this year, my sister Marny Eve Tippins was diagnosed with Stage 1 breast cancer.  It quickly progressed to Stage 2 with lymph node involvement, calling for aggressive treatment. In early February, Marny began chemotherapy, to position her for a less risky surgical intervention this summer.

Immediately before receiving this diagnosis, Marny had been forced to leave a career she loved as a Massage Therapist, because of chronic and acute pain due to Rheumatoid Arthritis. The condition was exacerbated by a decade of using her hands to heal others, and unfortunately, it flares explosively in times of stress.

Marny is being an absolute rock star about staying positive during treatment. But the RA, the cancer and the effects of chemo have got our girl in a bad way, and she needs our help to get through it.


While Marny is lucky enough to have full medical coverage, she currently has no source of income. We are raising money to help bridge the gap as she navigates chemo treatments and prepares for surgery. She's looking forward to a time when she can find a new career, and live her life again, cancer free. We are hoping to help her get there faster by reducing some of her financial and physical stress, allowing her to focus on doing the heavy lifting with the whole "beating cancer" thing.
