Helping Marianne Montemurro

Hello everyone, my name is Nadine and along with some friends, we are creating a go fund me for a dear friend Marianne Montemurro.

As we all know Marianne has been a nurse at St Joseph’s Hospital in Bangor for many years. Words used to describe her are kind, compassionate, loving, patient focused and lends a hand to all.

Marianne is now in need of that lending hand. She is facing a cardiothoracic surgery at the Cleveland Clinic. The surgery is necessary due to heart damage from radiation treatment she received over twenty years ago, when she battled Hodgkin’s lymphoma and won. Marianne believes her follow up with “The Survivorship Clinic” at Dana Farber Hospital has lead her down this amazing path.

Marianne is planning to be out of work for at least twelve weeks. Her surgeon ( the best at The Cleveland Clinic)has painted a tough but attainable road to recovery.
