Supporting Mandy after tragic loss

My name is Laura, and I believe that if we all lent a hand to those who are down, we could live in a beautiful world. So here I am to help my friend Mandy Kunkle the best I can.

unfortunately Mandy has had an incredibly tough past year. Her husband Steve, the love of her life, was diagnosed with an aggressive form of colon cancer (stage 4) in late 2023. Sadly Steve passed from his cancer this past August. Only 9 months after his diagnosis.

Steve and Mandy were finally getting back on their feet financially when Steve left this world. Mandy had to move out of their home, because she could no longer afford it on her own. Mandy has had to move in with her daughter because of her lack of finances. She is super appreciative that she has a place to stay with a roof over her head, but she can’t even help her daughter because she literally has nothing coming in.

She has applied for social security, but she was denied, and has been denied each appeal, even with medical records showing that she is physically disabled and can not work.

To make matters even worse, Mandy’s only vehicle was impounded on Dec 23rd. Two days before Christmas!! Since Steve took care of all the bills, she didn’t know that the auto insurance wasn’t current, and they took her car. It will now be repossessed because Mandy doesn’t even have a dollar to pay towards getting her car back.

i am asking you to please find it in your heart to donate so Mandy can try to get back on her feet. She has been through the wringer and is losing hope. With a donation, she can help her daughter with groceries and other necessities, until she gets approved by social security. (Which will eventually happen, just probably not any time soon).
