Helping man needs helping hand after heart attack

Donation protected
Hi everyone! Most of you know me as the guy who drives uber eats deliveries and has gotten donations of foodstuff, masks, clothing, etc., to hand out to homeless that I encounter every night driving the streets of Atlanta; some of you may just know me as a guy with a joking or helpful response here and there. For those that have helped me in the past with the homeless aid, thank you very much!! You all put so much effort in and donated so much that I can assure you over a thousand care packages and other items were handed out by me to them, from you. It was such a success that it became like having two jobs at once, which is both a good thing and, at times, a bad thing; because I feel like I dropped the ball with some of you because it was becoming overwhelming at times. If this happened with you, I'm sorry, I'm human and fallible. As for me, and why I'm now the one needing help, here's my current story: I died on March 27th. I told my wife to call an ambulance, because I was having heart attack symptoms. I was jovial, able to communicate well with her, and the paramedics when they arrived, and nothing seemed all that dire to any of us. The medics basically kept pushing back on taking me in, letting us know my wife could drive me and we could avoid a big bill; knowing how I felt, though, I asked that they transport me. That one decision is the only reason I'm writing you now, as I died in that ambulance before we made it 5 miles down the road; it was the first of six more times over that day and the next that I was revived before finally stabilizing and put on track to pull through. My last memory from that Saturday morning was driving through the intersection in front of Kroger at Beaver Ruin, next thing I remember is sometime Sunday afternoon being told to say hello to my wife on a phone a nurse held while I felt sick, bruised, and very, very confused. My wife just cried and told me how much she loved me, and I am very appreciative of her and sorry for all that she's had to endure since that day, there's no way I can ever repay her, but I'll do my best. Now, obviously, I won't be able to work for a while, and that's why I'm asking you guys for help. I'm back home now after a week in the ICU and we're down to just one income, with bills already backing up and lots more to come; including a doozy from the hospital of which I'm certain.
All I want is to get to the other side of this and be able to move forward without this situation ending up making us homeless, losing our vehicles, and saddling us with debt that we can't escape.
Thanks so much in advance for your help,
Mike
