Hi, I’m setting this up on behalf of a very special friend, Lyz.

I’m so proud of how far she has come. This January marked 8 years since her double lung transplant, and her journey hasn’t been easy. She continues to live with ongoing health challenges, including narrowing of the airways and being immunosuppressed.

After her transplant, Lyz spent a lot of time in and out of hospital due to complications, and sadly missed out on so much during that time.

She has recently come off oxygen, which is a big step forward, and is now trying to make the most of this time by creating special memories with her family.

She booked a cruise as something to look forward to, but is finding it a bit difficult to cover the remaining balance at the moment, including the cost of travel insurance.

With her health, planning too far ahead can be uncertain, which makes opportunities like this feel especially important right now.
