Helping Lyari G. Hospital - Karachi

Our club, Pakistan Hospital Support, is a non-profit organization and a part of University of Toronto Mississauga Campus. Due to the lack of funding provided to the government hospitals, Lyari General Hospital (Karachi) is at a severe shortage of surgical and diagnostic equipment and disposals required to treat the patients. These shortcomings are highloghted by the HODs and medical superintendents working in the hospital, and as per their recognition, there is an urgent need to provide the following instruments:
1. Micro cutting Cataract instruments set (10 set).
2. Optikon Phaco tubing (02 set).
3. Optikon sleeves and tips (01 set)
Furthermore, some equipments are soon going to stop functioning, and are not covered by manufacturers' warranties. Therefore, we further extend our scope of help to the provision of these instruments as well:
1) Ophthalmoscope
2) Autoclave for sterilizing the surgical instruments.
We request you to join hands in our mission of providing better health to the citizens of Karachi.
